The primary aim of yoga is to free the mind from chaos and restore it to peace. It is a discipline that teaches us to be fully present in the here and now moment. This unique practice helps us to consciously stretch and strengthen our muscles as well as relax and release tension. Yoga creates balance and integration, thereby stimulating our body’s own natural healing process.
The practice also helps us experience emotional well-being by teaching us skills of non-judgment, compassion and acceptance. Cultivating the approach of mindful awareness on the mat often translates into using this gentle mindful approach in our everyday lives to cope with stressful and challenging situations. Yoga can bring us closer to our inner wisdom, ultimately supporting us in realizing our highest potential.
I teach yoga the traditional way. I work one to one and I strive to create a practice that is accessible to everyone. My classes are tailored to your specific needs and I teach each person according to their unique physical and personal capabilities.
Through our one-to-one classes, I will assist you to develop an individual practice that helps:
Everyone can do yoga. All you need is an open mind.
"Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured"
